Once the furnace construction is completed, a cold test is carried out to verify the electrical and mechanical functionality of the system before the first lighting.
The heat-up operation is conducted following the temperature ramp curve of the materials in order to guarantee a longer lifetime.
During the heat-up, our specialist will train the Customer’s personnel to use the furnace and to interact with all its components for a safe and optimal operation.
