Electric Annealing

The MHC series of kilns, for industrial activities, crafts and workshops are designed to meet the needs of professionals who want to make glass annealing of artistic product.

The structure is made of metal sections which provide maximum strength. The excellent thermal insulation is ensured by the use of panels of high density ceramic fiber that completely cover the baking chamber.

The rapid attainment of temperature is due to the use of removable and independent resistors.

The resistors are placed inside the refractory dielectric tubes. The control of the baking cycles is controlled by a control panel, located next to the furnace, composed by a programmer, a general switch and a functioning power light.

Working Doors

The furnace is closed by one big door that has two different smaller doors in the same steel frame. Each door consists in a steel frame invested with ceramic fiber duraboard 50 mm thickness.

The smaller doors (upper and lower) are used to fill each level of the annealing furnace independently from the other level. The perfect closing of the doors ensures the uniformity of the temperature at each point of the chamber. The loading and unloading of the furnace is much facilitated by the opening of the big door. The door are closed by manual screw knob.
